Thank you for taking the time to look at our program policies. We have designed these policies to support the running of our business, supporting us to be able to offer the best available service to all of our customers. By working with us you are not only saying yes to an amazing opportunity to learn, grow and expand your experience of relationships personally, you are also supporting others and the greater purpose of what we as a company stand for.
Our programs and memberships include but are not limited to The Enriching Relationships Program, The Mastering Relationships Program, The Building Love and Intimacy Program and The Relationship Circle Membership.
Because of the nature of our programs and the generous amount of content you receive from day 1, as well as the work required to set up your program, it is not our policy to offer refunds. If a major life circumstance or incident occurs, please contact us on email@example.com and we will do our best to support you.
2. Ongoing access to the Content Hub
In purchasing your program (memberships not included) you have purchased ongoing access to the Health Healing Life Content hub and will have ongoing access to the specific program/s that you have purchased for the life of the program i.e. after your time on the program has finished you will still have access to the content in the hub and any future upgrades as long as the program is not discontinued. These programs are a valuable resource that can be used many times over. If a program is discontinued, you will be notified by the email you originally purchased the program with (or an updated email you have provided us) and given at least 1 month to download any content you would like to keep.
3. Access to the program-specific Circle forum.
You will have access to the program-specific Circle forum for the duration of your time within the program only. Once your program time has been finished you will no longer have access to the group forum.
If you are an Enriching Relationships Program member your program includes access to The Relationship Circle membership for 3 months during your program and 3 months post-program. On the 6th month, you will have the option to continue your subscription to The Relationship Circle if you wish.
4. Call Cancellation/No show
If you are unable to attend a call we will offer you another day/time to attend a different group call if there is availability.
5. Decline payment
If you are utilising a payment plan through us you will need to ensure that all payments are up to date to continue receiving access to our programs. If there is a declined payment, you will receive an email notifying you that the payment has declined and offering you a window of 3 days to bring your account up-to-date. If you have not fixed up payment within the three days offered your access to the program will be revoked until payment is made. The period of time missed will still count towards your program time and extensions will not be offered due to missed payments. If you have an extenuating situation you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org to apply for an extension of your program but in essence, it is your responsibility to manage your finances in a way that allows you to meet your financial requirements.
6. Office Hours/Customer service
Our Office hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5am AEST. We will usually respond to queries within 24 hours. If you have any questions or require support please email us at email@example.com
If you have any recommendations, genuine complaints, concerns or information you feel would support us in offering better service please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be more than happy to do our best to address your concerns.
It is not our practice to offer discounts for our programs. If we do offer a discount then the discount is only available during the specified time period. If there is a genuine reason for missing out on the specified time period, you can contact email@example.com to apply for special consideration which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
